Rental Agreement:

• When renting an electric vehicle from us, you agree to the terms outlined in the rental agreement provided at the time of booking.
• The rental agreement includes details such as rental duration, pricing, usage restrictions, return conditions, and the requirement to pay a security deposit.

Eligibility:

• To rent an electric vehicle from us, you must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Additional eligibility requirements may apply based on the specific vehicle being rented.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit is required to cover any potential damages to the rented electric vehicle during the rental period.
• The security deposit amount will be specified in the rental agreement and must be paid in full before vehicle pickup.

Rental Duration:

• Rentals can be booked on a weekly or monthly basis, with the applicable rental period starting from the date and time of vehicle pickup.
• Extensions to the rental duration may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Payment:

• Rental fees, including the security deposit, are due in advance at the time of booking or vehicle pickup, depending on the payment terms specified in the rental agreement.
• Additional charges, such as excess mileage fees, late return fees, and traffic violation fines, may apply.

Vehicle Usage:

• You are responsible for the safe and proper use of the rented electric vehicle during the rental period.
• Any damages, accidents, or misuse of the vehicle must be reported to us immediately.

Insurance and Liability:

• Our electric vehicles come with insurance coverage, but you are responsible for any deductibles, damages, or liabilities not covered by the insurance.
• You may choose to purchase additional insurance coverage or waivers for added protection.

Maintenance and Charging:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the rented electric vehicle is properly charged and maintained during the rental period.
• Instructions for charging, maintenance, and emergency procedures will be provided at the time of vehicle pickup.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation policies and refund eligibility vary based on the rental duration and timing of the cancellation.

Termination of Rental Agreement:

• We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retrieve the rented vehicle in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions, unsafe driving, or unauthorized use.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• We may update and revise these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance. By renting an electric vehicle from ZEVO, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, including the requirement to pay a security deposit.
