Cancellation and Refund Policy

At ZEVO, we strive to provide a seamless rental experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking and renting an electric vehicle from us:

No refund after payment:

• Once payment has been made for the rented vehicle, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, early returns, or unused rental days.

Refund for vehicle unavailability:

• A refund will only be issued if the rented vehicle is not available for pickup from the designated hub at the scheduled time.
• In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the rental or issue a refund for the booking.

Security deposit refund:

• The security deposit paid at the time of vehicle pickup will be refunded after the rental period has ended, subject to the following conditions
• a. The vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was rented, without any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
• b. All rental fees, additional charges, and fines have been settled in full.
• c. The refund process may take up to 3 business days to complete from the vehicle return date.

Damage assessment:

• Prior to refunding the security deposit, our team will assess the rented vehicle for any damages or excessive wear.
• Any damages found that exceed normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit before issuing the refund.

Refund process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the rental booking.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed, detailing the refund amount and any deductions made.

Changes and cancellations:

• If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss the options available.
• Changes to booking dates or rental duration may be accommodated based on availability and our discretion.
